Basmati rice
Onion crushed :3 cups
largeTomato :3
Cucumber: 2
Capsicum Cucumber: 1
Green peas: 3 cups
Raw pepper Salt-taste
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Butter-1 tablespoon
Coriander: 1 tablespoon
Red dried pepper: 1
Garlic: 1 koya
Salt-1 tablespoon

Cooking :


Boil 2 cups of water in the oven. Take the pepper in a bowl and leave it with boiling water for 5 minutes. Now drain the water. Then blend the pepper and garlic together in the blender and blend it together. Give water to make a fine paste as needed. Once done, take it to a bowl and mix it with salt. By keeping it in the refrigerator, you can use it for a long time.

1) Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Then cook the rice. When cooking, add a little salt. So be careful that the rice is neat. After it happens, let it cool down on one side.

2) Take the butter on a towel. Give it chili-garlic paste. Cook for a while. Then add the onion, squeeze the raw pepper, and add the tomatoes. Mix it all together and keep cooking.

3) Give it salt and sugar. Stir well with the peas and capsicum.
